REPORT: Cardinal Rai arrives to Sydney on a two-week pastoral visit

Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Beshara Boutros al-Rai arrived on Friday (October 24) to Sydney on a two-week pastoral visit, upon the invitation of Maronite Bishop of Australia Antoine Charbel Tarabay.

During his visit, Cardinal Rai is set to meet with senior Australian figures, members of the Maronite community as well as Lebanese expatriates.
