REPORT: Iraqi Shiites mark Ashoura despite IS’ threats

The Iraqi security forces deployed around 26 thousand troops in the city of Karbala, while hundreds of thousands of citizens flooded in the city to celebrate Ashoura day, despite the threats launched by the Islamic State.
