REPORT: Two year old baby needs urgent operation

Ali Fadil Abdel Nabi is a 2 year-old baby who suffers from severe burns over 50 percent of his body after being scalded by hot water.

He is currently at the l-Salam Hospital in the northern city of Tripoli and needs an urgent tissue transplantation operation.

The operation will be carried out at the expenses of the Ministry of Health.
