REPORT: Who is supporting IS and the al-Nusra Front in Arsal and al-Qalamoun regions?

Islamic State armed men and Free Syrian Army rebels engaged on Wednesday in battles on Arsal's outskirts.

Twenty people, including a Free Syrian Army official, were killed in the clashes that concentrated in the Wadi Mira region.

This report will shed light on the sides that are supporting the IS and the al-Nusra Front in the regions of Arsal and Syria's al-Qalamoun.
