REPORT: A closer look at relation between IS, Nusra in Arsal’s barren range

Until recently, the Nusra Front has been the main force in Arsal’s barren range and the Qalamoun town and the Islamic State a minor force that infiltrated into the barren range with some groups pledging their allegiance to IS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
