REPORT: Road accidents reap the lives of citizens on New Year’s Eve

21-year-old Antonio al-Rasi was killed on New Year’s Eve in a road accident on the Qalamoun highway, Tripoli.

Child Joe Ghanem was also killed when his father’s vehicle veered off the road while citizen Hussein Ali Bashir died in the southern town of al-Abbasiyeh.
