REPORT: Security forces break law by arresting minors

A 12 year-old boy recounted to LBCI details of his arrest after participating in the country’s latest protests.

Meanwhile, Badael (Alternatives), a nonprofit, non-governmental organization said that the security forces are “systematically” arresting minors under the age of eighteen.
