REPORT: Minister of Interior Mashnouq inspects damages near An Nahar daily building

Minister of Interior Nouhad Mashnouq inspected on Friday the damages near the An-Nahar daily building after a night of clashes between protesters and security forces.

Mashnouq left without giving any statement.

Also, MP Marwan Hamadeh inspected the scene of clashes.

On Thursday night, some protesters attempted to break the security cordons, prompting security forces to use water cannons. Protesters threw rocks and water bottles at the security forces.
