The conferees observed a minute of silence at the beginning of the session over the Bourj al-Barajneh explosions' victims.
The national dialogue session, which was postponed until November 25, was attended by Change and Reform bloc leader MP Michel Aoun amid the absence of the Kataeb Party and the Lebanese Forces.
