The motives behind the detention of Lebanese journalist Fidaa Itani by Abou Ibrahim remain a mystery, however the only certainty is that Fidaa is in good health.

A video posted on Facebook by the coordinating page of the Aazaz group depicted the journalist walking around the area appearing well and healthy.            

Liwaa Asifat al-Chamal in Aazaz, the group that adopted the operation said that Itani was currently under their custody due to security measures.         

The group pointed out that Itani was not detained due to his nationality or political affiliation adding that he will be asked to leave the Syrian territories in the next coming days.                  

As ambiguity shrouds the Aazaz case, shock played main in the case of Roland Chbeir.             

The young man, who was found dead on Friday in the trunk of a car, was killed by one of his closest friends because of an amount of money that does not exceed $ 3,000.               

From murder to political assassinations, March14 youth organizations headed for Martyr’s Square to support their sit-in before the Grand Serail.           

Meanwhile, condolences for the death of Martyr Major General Wissam al-Hassan were being accepted in another sit-in before the residence of PM Najib Mikati in Tripoli.             

As for al-Hassan’s father, he refused to consider Mikati responsible for the assassination of his son.
