REPORT: KAFA launches 4th “White Ribbon” campaign

KAFA (enough) violence and exploitation against women association launched on Monday the “White Ribbon” campaign for the 4th consecutive year.

The campaign calls for finding new perspectives of “virility” and encourages men to oppose violence against women.

The association will organize for this purpose several activities, conferences, discussions groups and demonstrations in different Lebanese regions in the span of the next 15 days.

In this context, the Lebanese national Football team’s goal keeper and Celebrity Duets star, Ziad Al Samad attended the launching ceremony.

Samad is known for his utmost support of the association and its objective. The ISF members will also participate in the campaign as they will be wearing the white ribbons to show their solidarity with women's causes and to prove that they will protect them against any sort of violence.
