Budget almost complete and will meet IMF requirements-[REPORT]

The 2022 Budget is the starting point for Lebanon's negotiations with the International Monetary Fund, which will begin on January 21.

 

Most crucially, the Fund informed the Lebanese authorities that the Budget must be different from all previous ones, i.e. a reform budget capable of reducing the state treasury's deficit.
