Two years following the outburst of the Syrian crisis, Lebanon continues to endure various repercussions; the movement of insurgents via the Lebanese-Syrian border and rampant loss of control in those regards.              

Many have died, others are left wounded, or detained, with damage affecting not only humans, but their livelihoods.            

This report will examine the self-dissociation policy adopted by the Lebanese government and its failure on many fronts.
