Report: Energy Minister underscores water vitality and conservation

Energy Minister Gebran Bassil announced that the year 2013 will witness the construction of numerous dams, stressing the need to preserve water resources in Lebanon.

This report will highlight the importance of water as a limited resource, as well as the need to raise people's awareness in a bid to conserve the highly vital element.
