REPORT: For fourth consecutive day, relatives of Lebanese pilgrims prevent Syrians from working

Relatives of Lebanese hostages in Syria’s Aazaz prevented on Wednesday, for the fourth day in a row, Syrian workers from heading to their workplaces in the area of Hay al-Sellom, al-Tiro and Choueifat.

The relatives say that their movement will only escalate in hopes of posing further pressure on authorities to exert efforts for the release of their loved ones.

Eleven Lebanese pilgrims were kidnapped on their way back from Iran by insurgents hoping to use them for a prisoner swap on the 20th of May. Only two have so far been released.
