REPORT: Ziad Rahbani caught in the midst of an 'academic' protest at AUB

As soon as Lebanese artist Ziad Rahbani took his seat at the American University of Beirut to commence a dialogue session with students, a number of youths entered the hall holding supportive banners for the Syrian revolution.

This incident did not have any negative impact on the dialogue between Ziad and the students seemingly since he answered their political questions using his usual sense of satire.

This report will examine the visit of artist Ziad Rahbani to AUB and the reaction of students who support the Syrian revolution.
