REPORT: Rescuers help pull out a 3 year-old child who fell into a 15-meter well

More than 11 rescuers rushed to the Tucson Province in northwest China after a 3 year-old child fell into a 15-meter well that contains a motor to pump water.

This report will examine the means by which rescuers were able to aid the child and help him make his way out of the well.
