The Islamic State released a statement whereby it called on all the professors and doctors who led several students to pursue their education in Baghdad and northern Iraq, to return to IS-held areas.
In its statement, the organization explained that the professors teaching all medical specialties whose original place of work is “the Caliphate,” have a period of ten days to return; otherwise the Islamic State will freeze their properties and funds.
