Mustafa Mohammed Abdul Jalil, the chairman of Libya's Transitional National Council said Monday that Moammar Gadhafi’s era is over, adding that the Council is seeking to build a democratic State within a moderate Islamic atmosphere. “The road to the next phase will not be paved with flowers”, he said.
“The real moment of victory will be when Gadhafi is captured”, Abdul Jalil said, adding that Libya is heading towards a new phase to build a State based on freedom, justice, equality and democracy.
