Tension on the rise between Israel-Gaza, Tel Aviv magnifies threats
Israel ruled out a truce between Tel Aviv and Gaza amid continuous rocket firing from the Gaza Strip onto Israeli towns for the fourth consecutive day. More than 130 rockets and missiles have been launched since last Monday.

Israel’s Military Command has escalated its threats as Chief of Staff Benny Gantz announced that his army is fully prepared to confront these attacks with an "iron fist." He added that he is awaiting the government's approval to unleash a counter strike.

In turn, Israeli Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom said that the optimal solution for the issue of rockets lies in the complete invasion of the coastal strip.

Although the Israeli citizens are reassured by their country’s ability to protect them and to build a fourth Iron Dome in the southern towns to fence off the rockets, town officials retained the state of emergency and shut down of schools and educational institutions, as security apparatuses remain on high alert.
