Ashton: Constructive solution needed to preserve peace

Catherine Ashton, the European Union's foreign policy spokesperson, said that the EU is aware of Palestinian ambitions for full membership in the council, stressing the need to find a constructive solution in order to preserve peace talks between Israel and Palestine.
