Libya NTC forces capture Sirte convention center

AFP reported that the Libyan revolutionary forces captured Sirte's Ouagadougou convention center that Gaddafi loyalists used as their main base.

"We control 100 percent of the Ouagadougou center," said Mohammed al-Fayad, a NTC military leader, adding that the capture of the complex "paves the way" for his forces to overrun the whole city.
