Salehi: Iran ready to examine Saudi ambassador killing plot
Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said on Monday that Iran is ready to look into the U.S. accusations on Tehran’s involvement in the plot to kill the Saudi Ambassador in Washington.

IRNA quoted Salehi as saying that Iran is ready to study the issue in earnest, adding that Iranian authorities asked the U.S. to provide them with all necessary information.

Iran was accused by the Justice Department of sponsoring a plot to assassinate Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to the U.S. in a conspiracy involving a secret Iranian military unit and a citizen of the Islamic Republic with a U.S. passport.
