Foreigner kidnapped in Nigeria’s Lagos

The US Consulate in Nigeria announced on Monday that a foreigner had been kidnapped in the country’s largest city of Lagos without giving further details.

Lagos, South Nigeria, is considered the economic capital of the country with a population of 15 about million people.
