Israel army urges civilians in southern Lebanon to move north of Zahrani River

The Israeli army issued an urgent warning on Wednesday, calling on residents in southern Lebanon located south of the Zahrani River to evacuate immediately, as airstrikes continue across the area.

In a statement, the army said ongoing operations were targeting Hezbollah activity, stressing that it does not intend to harm civilians. However, it urged residents to leave their homes and move north of the river for their safety.

The military warned that anyone near Hezbollah members, facilities, or military assets could be at risk, as strikes intensify in the region.
