Officer from Yemen’s anti-terrorist unit killed in Aden

A source from the Yemeni police said that an officer from Yemen’s anti-terrorist unit was killed, and two of his sons wounded Friday when an explosive device planted in his car set off in Aden.     

The source added that the blast took place in the neighborhood of al-Arish, near Aden’s international airport, as the officer was passing by the main street, accusing members of al Qaeda organization of planting the explosive device.
