Yahoo CEO earns $36.6 million for 6 months' work
         
Yahoo chief Marissa Mayer earned last year 36.6 million in pay after six months of presiding the internet firm, noting that Mayer's annual base pay will be over one million dollars for this year.               

Beginning this year, Mayer will be entitled to enjoy numerous profits that are usually available to other executives in the firm, such as 20 days of holiday per year.            

In this regard, Mayer will also get $2 million yearly in bonus cash should Yahoo achieve high financial performance.        

It is worth noting that Mayer, who will turn 38 in May, was the first female engineer at Google  and one of its key executives.
