Abdul Jalil: we will uphold our international commitments
Mustafa Mohammed Abdul Jalil, the chairman of Libya's rebel Transitional National Council, confirmed Libya’s commitment to international resolutions and bilateral agreements.       

Abdul Jalil said during a press conference that “we discovered some arms in certain locations; we reported them to the international community,” adding that “some specialists will come this week to Libya; we are ready to cooperate with them to get rid of these arms especially that they are not needed.”
