Al-Qaeda warns operations in Mali a death sentence for European citizens
Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) warned France and other European countries on Thursday, urging them not to support an operation to free their hostages in Mali.        

Al-Qaeda issued a statement warning the governments of France, the UK, Netherlands and Sweden that their approval to carry out military operation against the “Mujahideen” in northern Mali is tantamount to approving the execution of their own citizens.
