PM Salam: The military institution will never abandon its soldiers
Prime Minister Tammam Salam described Sunday the kidnappers of the army soldiers and security forces as “savages and have no religion,” adding that the only language they understand is that of murder.

In a speech he delivered from the Grand Serail, Salam noted that the battle will last, calling on the people to have confidence in the government’s management of the case of the abducted soldiers.

The prime minister urged all the parties to support the Lebanese Armed Forces and the security apparatuses that receive a complete political cover in their fight against terrorism and in protecting Lebanon’s security and stability.

Salam addressed the families of the hostages saying that “the military institution will never abandon its soldiers and will not save any effort in releasing all the kidnapped.”
