Mufti Shaar holds meeting in Tripoli

Dar al fatwa called on Mufti of the North to reach a common stance on events in Syria as well as recent violent out-break between Bab Tebbaneh and Jabal Mohsen.

In this regard Sheikh Malik Shaar invited numerous religious figures to his residence in the northern city, on the backdrop of a two-day-battle between Sunnis of Bab Tebbaneh and Alawites of Jabal Mohsen in order to find a possible solution to reduce the tensions in the area.
