Mikati: STL will issue updated indictment

Prime Minister Najib Mikati said that the general prosecutor of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) Daniel Bellemare will issue an “updated” indictment to include information about the assassination or assassination attempt of three additional Lebanese figures.

Mikati told AFP that the updated indictment includes information regarding the assassination of the former Secretary General of the Communist Party, Georges Hawi, former MP Marwan Hamadeh and former Defense Minister, Elias Murr.
