Public institutions, administrations and municipalities to close on May 1st
Prime Minister Tammam Salam issued an administrative memorandum on Friday stating the closure of all public administrations, institutions and municipalities on the 1st of May for the occasion of Labor Day.
 
The decision comes in accordance with decree number 15215 issued on 27-9-2005, pertaining to the country's official holidays.
