12-year-old boy gets hit by car on Nabatieh highway, driver flees
12-year-old Mustafa Bilal Halal, from the town of Habboush, died after being hit by an unidentified car on Nabatieh - Deir al Zahrani highway.      

In details, the boy and his brother were heading to visit their grandfather when an unidentified car hit him next to Abu Arab on the Nabatieh – Deir al Zahrani highway at around 10 pm on Saturday night. The car fled to an unknown destination.       

Halal was rushed to Al Najda Al Chaabia hospital in Nabatieh where he immediately died.        

Sources said that the vehicle was a Range Rover SUV whose owner left Halal thrown on the road, fleeing to an unknown destination.       

Patrols of different security services rushed to the accident scene; they launched investigations and inquiries to identify the vehicle and its owner.
