Ahdab to LBCI: I endorse cabinet’s distancing policy

The Head of the Civil Moderation gathering former MP Misbah Ahdab told Nahrkom Said TV show that he endorses the cabinet's policy to distance the country from Syrian upheavals, calling for a quick settlement for the issue of Syrian refugees.

Ahdab said that there is no coordination between the Civil Moderation gathering and the Cedars revolution although both forces are on the same page and follow the same train of thought.

The former MP attributed his retraction from March 14 forces to the odd decision made during a critical period and the absence of a clear coordination mechanism.

Ahdab stressed that the State is the key reference, highlighting the need for the Lebanese Armed Forces to be strong and extend its authority on all Lebanese territories.
