Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi signed Monday a draft decree regarding the referral of the case of former Minister Michel Samaha to the Judicial Council, given that “the crimes committed by Samaha are considered an attack on state security.”
He also referred the draft decree to the cabinet for approval.
