While the Lebanese government has been struggling since July 17, 2015, to find a solution for the waste crisis, illegitimate acts have been passing unnoticed and without any form of accountability.
An example on this situation is the forgery committed in the deal with the British Chinook Urban Mining International Ltd. Company, where no one actually understood what really happened and no one tried to ask and no one was even held accountable.
