A Syrian woman identified as Hiba H. the spouse of a Lebanese national, was found dead Tuesday near Lebanon's Zouk Mosbeh next to her living 4-day-old baby girl.
The infant was reported dead shortly after her arrival to Notre Dame du Liban Hospital.
