Akkar’s Bebnin bids farewell to LAF martyr

Lebanon bade farewell on Thursday to Lebanese Armed Forces martyr soldier Mohammed Hussam al-Sayyed al-Sabsabi who was killed during clashes with jihadists from the Islamic State group on the outskirts of Ras Baalbek in eastern Lebanon.

The body of the 23-year-old soldier who hails from the Akkar town of Bebnin was welcomed by his family, relatives and friends in his hometown.

Later on, the body was transferred to the Al-Habib Al-Mustafa Mosque were funeral prayers were held.
