State commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr charged on Wednesday 47 people, 17 among them are in custody, with defrauding the Internal Security Forces.
Those arrested include three high-ranking officers. They were all accused of abusing power, embezzling police funds and fabricating medical bills.
Saqr then referred them to the First Military Investigative Judge Riad Abou Ghida.
