Canada denounces Nigeria’s Easter blast

Canada denounced on Monday the blast that occurred on Easter Sunday near a Nigerian church, killing 20 and injuring approximately 30 people.

Canadian Foreign Minister John Bird urged the Nigerians to cooperate with the government to put an end to despicable attitudes that sow discord, stressing the importance of bringing the perpetrators to justice.
