REPORT: Scandals of exams cheating networks continue to unfold

Education Minister Elias Bou Saab announced last month a series of reforms aimed at improving the official examination system following reports of widespread cheating during last year’s tests.

However, scandals of various forms of cheating continue to unfold during this year’s exams.
