Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil stressed that “the only choice for the political parties is to reach a common ground based on an open dialogue so that solutions for the current political crises can be found.”
“Lebanon’s salvation can be achieved through the establishment of a secular civil state, interpreted by the article 95 of the Constitution,” he added.
