Wahhab vows Bakaata blast will not go unpunished
Head of the Arab Tawhid Party Wiiam Wahhab confirmed on Sunday that the Bakaata blast will not go unpunished, whether at the judicial or political level, voicing hope that security apparatuses will show more seriousness while dealing with the issue.

During his reception of a FPM delegation from the Chouf, Wahhab said that al-Jabal has witnessed two waves of migration; the first is the migration of Christians that took place in 1983 while the second is that of the Druze which is taking place today due to economic reasons that lie in the non-return of the other half of al-Jabal residents, as he explained.

Wahhab added that he recently spoke with Maronite Patriarch Beshara Rai to whom he confirmed that the receipt of funds for the displaced will not bring back Christians to the region; “the most important thing is to create a political atmosphere that accepts the freedom of people of different affiliations.”
