Judge files lawsuit against 21 persons over Lutfallah 2 case

Military Judge Sakr Sakr filed a lawsuit on Friday against 21 persons, including customs agents, in the case of Lutfallah 2 ship.

In details, Sakr filed a lawsuit against 21 people on charges of arm smuggling and for being involved in buying and shipping large quantities of arms, ammunitions and explosive materials from Libya into Tripoli, with a view to carry out terrorist acts, by virtue of articles 335 of the sanctions law and articles 5 and 6 of the law of arms, which stipulate the death penalty.
