With Christmas around the corner, it is a busy time for young Palestinian designers. Some of them use traditional techniques for their handmade products.
Dana Barakat, the owner of a design art gallery called 'Jeel', which is the Arabic word for generation, turns embroideries from used dresses into Christmas tree decorations.
She said her products could be passed on to other generations, thus preserving the Palestinian heritage.
