Travel agents in the Iranian-American Los Angeles enclave of Westwood said on Thursday (January 26) that their businesses were already suffering as a result of US President Donald Trump's plans to suspend visas for people from seven Middle Eastern and North African countries, including Iran.
Making good on campaign promises, Trump is expected to sign executive orders blocking visas to anyone from Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen, all Muslim-majority nations, according to several congressional aides and immigration experts briefed on the matter.
