The open-ended sit-in staged by the employees of Rafik Hariri governmental hospital continued for the second day, where the employees gathered in the reception hall.
A delegation representing the protesters headed to the Health Ministry, where they delivered a letter to the deputy Prime Minister, Health Minister Ghassan Hasbani that includes their demands.
The employees stressed that they will keep their protest running, noting that the upcoming days will witness escalatory movements. They pointed out that the emergency room will remain open to receive emergencies.
