The cabinet cannot violate the constitution but not holding the parliamentary sub-elections in Keserwan and Tripoli, but there may be some excuses to hide behind in order to obstruct these elections, such as the funds required for them.
Other excuses can be used including the elections supervisory committee, which according to the law it must be permanent, with a primary role to control the expenses and the media appearances of the candidates.
