Nassir al-Asaad’s last goodbye

Sidon, the capital of south Lebanon, bid its farewell to the journalist, member of the Future bloc’s political bureau and member of the March 14 General Secretariat Nassir al-Asaad who passed away on Sunday morning at the approximate age of 61 years old. Asaad spent most of his life working in the fields of political, ideological and media activism in defense of Lebanon and the Arab Nation’s main causes, mainly the Palestinian cause. Asaad has also always defended the free responsible word.

Asaad’s body was taken to its last resting place in al-Bawaba al-Fawqa, Sidon on Monday, in the presence of several political figures.
